White Sage Smudge Stick

Our beautiful smudge stick made from white sage, sustainably and organically grown in Southern California. White sage (Salvia apiana), also known as Indian sage, is one of the most powerful smudging plants in North America and is traditionally used for cleansing rituals.

The practice of smudging with white sage is deeply rooted in the indigenous cultures of North America and serves to cleanse negative energies from places or individuals. Additionally, it helps to connect with one's intuition and the spiritual world.
