Cooee Design Knot

The Knot Figur invites thoughtful contemplation: Catrine Åberg creates an unusual object in a twisted form for her Swedish brand Cooee. The knot, designed based on the principle of infinity, inspires the eyes to follow its winding lines with its loose loops. This allows the brain to relax, and the tangled thoughts in the mind begin to slowly unravel, until everything suddenly becomes clear and easy to grasp. The silk-matte surface, a hallmark of the brand, is crafted by hand through a special application on the mold, transforming the hard, cold ceramic into a silk-matte, soft, and warm surface. Flattering in its timeless, elegant form, the Knot Figur from Cooee Design should be placed wherever a brief moment of pause is occasionally needed – whether on the desk in the office or on the coffee table in the living room.
