Light Duration and Batteries – The maximum light duration depends on the energy of the sunlight hitting the solar panel, as well as the wattage of the light. Depending on the weather conditions and the season, the strength of solar energy varies. The manufacturer specifies the maximum possible light duration that can be achieved under ideal weather conditions. These maximum values decrease as less solar energy can be absorbed by the solar panel. Please also note that the built-in batteries cannot be replaced with standard batteries. The built-in batteries are rechargeable batteries that are charged via the solar panel. This charging process is not possible with conventional batteries.
