Product details

These swords are dedicated to the most famous samurai, Hattori Hanzo, who was born in 1541 in the province of Mikawa. The neighboring province of Koga is the birthplace of Ninjutsu and the ninja. Under these circumstances, he grew into an exceptional fighter. By the age of 16, he won his first battle, quickly gaining recognition and praise. The blade is made of carbon steel and features a decorative edge. The traditionally wrapped handles are adorned with menukis and a manta ray skin-like backing. The zinc die-cast tsubas have uniform openings, and the fittings of the scabbard are decorated with ornaments. This extensive set includes a tanto, a wakizashi, a katana, and a black-coated sword stand. It is a decorative or collector's sword, not suitable for use.
