Regarding its production, after an initial low-temperature firing of the clay, reactive glazes in various colors are applied to the stoneware, giving it a unique relief and a pearlescent effect. The appearance of color nuances found from one piece to another is the result of a skilled artisanal blend of firing techniques and the method of applying the coating.
