Application

  • For mood enhancement: Add 6 – 10 drops to an aroma diffuser and enjoy the positive, uplifting effect. Alternatively, put 2 drops on a tissue and smell it several times a day.
  • For calming before bedtime: Place 2 – 3 drops on an aroma stone and set it up in the bedroom.
  • For a joyful atmosphere in the office, classroom, or at home: Vaporize 5 – 6 drops of bergamot oil in an oil burner or aroma diffuser. It brings joy and motivation.

Instructions for use
Mix your individual aroma care: a room spray, a shower bath, a body oil or an emulsion with our BASIS products. They are also suitable for aroma lamps, aroma nebulisers and aroma stones. Against depression Add 6-10 drops to the Jasmine aroma nebuliser and enjoy the positive and uplifting mood. Bergamot has the highest antidepressant effect of all essential oils. For calming Before going to bed, add 3-5 drops to an aroma fragrance stone and place it in the bedroom. To brighten the mood Put 2 drops on a handkerchief and smell it several times a day.
