servus I got the chair today and noticed at the end that one of the 2 straps of the back cushion, the plastick clip holder is broken can I somehow get this replaced or buy it? Without a warranty case and or damage case? would be ridiculous

It is regrettable that the back cushion holder was delivered with a defect. If you contact the customer service, they will be happy to clarify this for you.
