I currently spend 9-10 hours at my desk due to home office and have an "okay" chair from IKEA but would like to upgrade it.

Answer

I spend a similar number of hours a day at the computer and in the chair because of the current situation. The thing is super comfortable and I don't have any back pain or anything like that. The armrests can be adjusted precisely, as can the height of the chair and the angle of the backrest.
