Is there a possibility to test this chair? It's stupid to buy a chair without knowing if it's comfortable enough for you. Or can you return them free of charge if they don't suit you?

As I urgently needed an answer, I contacted support and received the following reply:
"Unfortunately, there is no possibility to test the chair in advance. A free return is only possible in the event of a defect or wrong
defect or wrong delivery. In addition, it is declared as bulky goods, which makes shipping much more expensive.
