Question about Brother PT-D410

I find PT-D410 with different prices on sale. What are the differences? 21667835 24862169 21667836 35412259 (seems to be a French keyboard) I also need a power supply, which one is suitable? Which HR6 battery do you recommend for recharging? Longevity preferred.
