Do I fit in there with my 1.75 I ordered another one and it was too big I can't reach the bottom

No - I am 1.76 and had to buy the short gas pressure spring so that I could still have contact with the floor even in a tilted position. I would not buy the chair again. With my height and around 70kg, I am too light for the hard upholstery. The chair is uncomfortable even with a short spring because it is too hard.
I am 1.88 m tall and fit in very well.
