Smart Features for Enhanced Security
With the Yale Home App, you can unlock the safe, grant access to others, and receive opening notifications from anywhere. You can even view the access history and check the status of your smart safe at any time to see if it is locked or unlocked. To utilize remote access and voice assistants, you will need the Yale Connect Wi-Fi Bridge (sold separately).

Individual Access
Open the safe using the integrated keypad, the key, the Yale Home App on your smartphone, your Apple Watch, or even your favorite voice assistant. If the batteries run out, you don’t have to worry about being unable to open your safe, as you can always use a 9V battery to quickly regain access through a port on the keypad.

Security Features
The safe features a security door that prevents it from being opened with tools, and a locking mechanism with two 20 mm saw-resistant locking bolts for added security. Additionally, the Smart Safe locks for five minutes after five failed attempts.

Safe and Reliable
Your Yale Home App account is protected by two-factor authentication, meaning users must verify their identity using either an email or a phone number. In addition to the security provided by Bluetooth, we use AES 128 and TLS encryption.
