The Safescan 70 Black offers a comprehensive solution for fast authentication of banknotes, credit cards, passports and other identity documents. Thanks to its compact size, it can be placed anywhere in any point of sale.

9-watt UV lamp and 16 white light LEDs. With a powerful UV lamp, the Safescan 70 Black checks the critical features of banknotes (in all currencies), passports, ID cards, credit cards and all other official documents for authenticity. The large, white LED light area gives you an instant, clear view of the watermark, microprint and metal threads.

Automatic sensor for switching on/off. The counterfeit detector has an automatic sensor for switching on/off. This saves energy and increases the service life of the UV lamp. The warm start technology also significantly increases the service life of the lamp.
