Is it possible to switch off the WLAN completely?

...you can alternatively connect the device directly via Ethernet cable and do not need WLAN.

We are actually satisfied with the printer. But unfortunately duplex printing does not work! This means that there are one or more paper jams every time we print double-sided. What can be done about it?

I have this printer but there is no side panel to put more ram I have the impression and there is nothing about it in the manual. I have this printer, but there is no side panel to install more ram.
