We are actually satisfied with the printer. But unfortunately duplex printing does not work! This means that there are one or more paper jams every time we print double-sided. What can be done about it?

I print relatively little, so far I have not experienced any problems with double-sided printing. Unfortunately, I really wouldn't know how to help you!
