The arm has no joint that can be adjusted up or down! Both arms are mounted on a central "clamp" and both arms are always moved simultaneously. You can only adjust the length of the arms by bending them! Of course, the two arms are always at the same height, i.e. it is not possible to have e.g. the lower or upper edge flush with different monitors. I have two monitors of the same size (ASUS VA24EHE) mounted on my arm and prefer to align one monitor frontally and the other at a 30° angle to it. This is already difficult with this arm and I could imagine with your monitors you could only mount the monitors directly next to each other (frontal). In general, I don't have any concerns about the weight, the arm is really stable, but it could be that it might flex slightly at 8.1kg.

Hello, Normally yes. Your screens have a 100mm<100mm vesa drilling according to this link (https://www.acer.com/ac/en/NZ/content/model/UM.HB0SA.003) and the stand is still so it should be fine. I also have two Acer 27" Nitro VG270Ubmiipx monitors and it works fine.

I think what they mean by 16kg is 8kg for each arm, I got mine recently it works really well, you just gotta tighten the bolt (or whatever the technical name is) a little bit more so the screen doesn’t go down. ‘Cause if do not tighten the screen enough to the arm it goes down, so just use a wrench and find the best angles you like! By the way my monitor is kinda empty too and it does the job perfectly!
