I would like to hang 2x curved asus monitors with 27 inch here. Now I'm wondering if I can hang them with a nice round angle, i.e. without transitions between the monitors, and if so, do I have enough space if there is a wall directly behind the desk. Since I don't have much space on the desk, I want to place the monitors as close to the wall as possible and I just wanted to ask if this is possible at all.

Yes, that should work. What I would recommend is to move the table forward a bit if you don't have enough space on your desk.
