Digitec (or any other Swiss dealer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied. If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge. Shouldn't be a problem with this one, as it has 2 levels with which you can control the strength and also still has enough setups.
I had one with me. I bought the Duster 2 years ago. The general information states that a power adapter may need to be used. And Digitec/Galaxus supplies it in this case. If the adapter is missing, all you have to do is contact Digitec/Galaxus and they will send you the missing adapter free of charge. This has already happened to me and was done in no time.
My bad ¬¬ It works. I had to force it a bit Max Hauri Fixed Adapter (Type E+F (CEE 7/7), Schuko plug)
I am very satisfied with the "IT-Duster". You can't really get enclosures, boards or car fittings free of dust with your own air (breath). The price is a bit high, but the price-performance ratio is right. I can only recommend the product. Top!
I ordered mine 3-4 months ago and it didn't come with an adapter. But the adapter from Digitec arrived 1 day after I wrote to support.
I also had to order an adapter for my CompuCleaner. But at least you get them for free and don't have to pay for them out of your own pocket.
No, my Duster did not come with an adapter, although it would need one.
Yes, 1 year ago I bought it for 81.30... :-( Too bad, because it's a good product, very useful
Because they realised it was the wrong price after I ordered it for the 77 and now they said it wasn't delivered in time. And now there's no expected delivery date at all lol.
I don't know id version 2.0 is better? But this one i have is very good.
it's probably just a mistake, all products except consumables have 2 years. just contact customer service.
No. Too bad, actually.
I've had it for a fortnight and no, it didn't come with an adapter. I once bought such things in stock because nowadays you need more and more of them.
Yesterday it would have gone for 49.60 according to the chart, now it seems to be back at 69.--.
