Shake your marker well with the cap on until you hear the typical clicking sound. Press the tip of the marker several times onto your sheet of paper to fill it with color. If the marker loses its color intensity during use, simply shake it again with the cap on to avoid any creative splashes on the wall, and you can continue with your artwork. The tip of the Uni POSCA markers can be easily cleaned under running water. If the markers happen to dry out, it’s not a problem. The POSCA markers can be soaked in water overnight.
