Kern Counting system CCA 30K-5M

With this highly accurate counting system KERN CCA, a wide range of individual scales can be replaced cost-effectively and efficiently. Thanks to the optional calibration, it is also suitable for use in regulated applications. The scales are connected via an RS-232 Y-cable, which allows for an additional printer to be connected. The reference scale KERN EWJ can also be used individually and meets the highest accuracy demands when connected to a high-capacity platform. An internal automatic adjustment, time-controlled every 2 hours, ensures high accuracy and makes it independent of location. A windscreen is included as standard, and the weighing chamber measures W×D×H: 134×128×80 mm. A protective cover is included in the delivery.

The KERN IFS counting scale enables high-precision piece counting on the weighing platform. Even the smallest counting parts can be counted in large quantities. It is suitable for rough use in heavy industrial standards. The ergonomic display device features a large keypad and high-contrast displays for easy input and reading of tare values, reference weights, limit values, etc. There are three displays for weight, reference weight, and total piece count.

There are 100 item storage spaces for master data such as reference weight, reference quantity, and container weight (tare deduction). Manual reference optimization gradually improves the average value of the piece weight. Additionally, counted parts can be summed, and date and time can be printed. The aluminum single-point load cell (1×3000 e) offers dust and splash protection according to IP65. A protective cover over the display device is included in the delivery.
