Jacques Herbin, Ink 1798 Cornaline d'Égypte, 50ml Bottle. The 1798 inks from the exclusive collection of Jacques Herbin celebrate the beginning of the production of Herbin inks, a significant event in the history of the house founded in 1670. The 1798 inks feature a silver shimmer for an elegant finish. The ochre-colored ink Cornaline d'Égypte, inspired by the gemstone, shines like a thousand fires thanks to its silver shimmer. It adds warmth and elegance to writings. The stone carnelian was already very popular in ancient times among the Egyptians, who used it as jewelry and as an ornament for luxurious furniture. The ink is suitable for fountain pens, rollerball pens, glass pens, and dip pens. The sealing of the cap and the seal on the bottle are handcrafted in our workshops.
