The counterpart to the main scripts: Exam knowledge in flashcard form for all students who prefer to learn with flashcards. A question-and-answer system for knowledge. The front of the flashcard features an introductory section leading to the question. The question addresses the core issue of what needs to be learned. On the back, the answer text provides knowledge. The subsequent inhibition method raises awareness of issues for the exam. The BGB-AT I flashcards include what contributes to the validity of a contract (validity of the declaration of intent, capacity to act, intention to be legally bound, etc.) or what hinders its effectiveness (reservations of intent, § 116 ff., immorality, etc.). The problem areas of capacity to act, particularly the rights of minors, must not be overlooked in this learning approach.
