Biella and the Bundesordner are symbols of Swiss quality and sense of order. The Biella brand was established in 1923 from the stationery and paper goods factory founded in Biel in 1900. In 1908, it produced its first binder, the precursor to the later Bundesordner, which remains a flagship product and synonymous with Swiss organizational skills. Additionally, Biella produces numerous other products that facilitate organization, order, and clarity in school or work life. The company is one of the leading office supply manufacturers in Europe, as it adapts to the times and balances the still significant importance of paper documents with the increasing digitalization. Today, Biella employs around 200 staff and is headquartered in Brügg, Bern. The company focuses on ecological, economic, and social sustainability and produces from certified raw materials. Furthermore, it places great importance on promoting both its workforce and the environmental compatibility of its products.
