The mouse world in New York is in turmoil. A cat-like monster is terrorizing the streets. For "Die Nagerpost", the monopoly newspaper with which Feivel's sister Tanja is doing an internship, the busy cattle is of course something to eat. Together with the paper's star reporter, a mouse-Günter-Wallraff, little Feivel can clear up the story and convict the culprit.
