Question about Medela Magic InBra - portable double breast pump

I use the pump 6-7 times a day and sometimes have problems with it. The following helps me:
- Dry the parts really well, they must no longer be slightly damp
- Assemble everything very carefully. Especially in the last step ("plugging" the collection container onto the motor), apply enough pressure when turning so that the valve fits well and tightly

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it works! It's a real game changer and apart from the fact that the assembly is a bit delicate, I'm a huge fan of the pump.

I have the same problem. Sometimes it works, but often it doesn't. And I rarely have time to take them apart and put them back together again. I really try to make sure I put it back together properly, but the vacuum often doesn't work despite the different sized attachments. It's a real pain... :/ When it works, it's great.

we too have the same problem. we have tried with the minimum supplied (21 mm) but it doesn't work, it freezes shortly after starting saying that perhaps there is a problem in the assembly of the various pieces and to check, but everything is assembled correctly. now I'll try to buy the 18 mm, even though it is nowhere to be found in italy.
