Question about Reer I-Gate Auto-Close

With strong insulating tape perhaps possible, de bolt does not go strictly, resistance could probably be overcome with tinkering.
We have a similar situation and at the moment we just don't let the gate fall completely shut (it's still enough of an obstacle at the moment). Compared to safety 1st, however, the closing is cleaner, less fiddling. We are much happier with these compared to safety 1st. With a little practice, maybe our 4 year old will soon be able to open it too.
