Question about Abus Eric
I ordered 3 of these grids to secure our bed when our little one sleeps in it. He is 8 months old. Now, after receiving and opening the goods, I read in the manual: from 18 months. Unfortunately, this is not mentioned on the Galaxus page here under specification. Are there any problems using the fall-out protection with younger children and if so, why?
The grille probably primarily protects the toddlers from falling out of bed while they sleep. If they stand up in bed during the night or pull themselves up on the bars, they can still fall out of the bed. With very small children, this problem can probably only be solved with a cot, as they can't get out even when standing up. We have had very good experiences with the Abus crib for our children (from about 2 years).
