Can we put the múltiple extensions ? We need 165 cm (96+2x21+3x9) will that hold when the child starts pushing to pass?

We have it with the 2 extensions, it holds a real energetic Dalmatian dog. But when he stands and is excited, the upper part moves a little bit. I think the trick is to fix the upper part with something strong, possibly a two-side adhesive.
