Wear the Silverettes between breastfeeding sessions. They help prevent and heal cracks in the nipples. Cleaning: Clean twice a day with a thick mixture of water and baking soda, rinse, and then let dry. Application: Silverettes must be clean and dry before use. After breastfeeding, place a drop of breast milk on both Silverettes and apply them directly to the nipple. Remove the Silverettes before breastfeeding and clean the nipples.
