Hello I bought the giraffe unfortunately it did not work the balls were blocked sent back new ones ordered the same problem

I had one before and it worked very well. I wanted to buy the same thing but it doesn't block the balls before releasing them. I have sent it back 2 times because the balls don't block before releasing them and they fall straight down all the time.
