Unfortunately there is no information. I haven't found any for pre either. Presumably it is dosed in the same quantity as the normal Aptamil.

We have Bimbosan Bio with setting 4 and have never had any problems.
There's a chart that allows you to set the machine depending on the amount of powder required per ml of water.
If you don't find the exact brand in the chart I would suggest checking the brands in the chart, go to a store and compare the instructions to the product that you're using to a known one and set the machine accordingly.

We use Aptamil and it is the same for us. It is important to clean the powder container and the funnel regularly with a mild detergent. We clean the funnel every time with detergent and the powder container weekly. We have noticed that fewer chunks fall out this way. It is also helpful to fill up the powder every time it reaches the min. and max. levels so that the powder has less contact with the air.

No. We boiled the water the evening before and left it to cool overnight. The three stages are cold, body temperature 37 degrees and slightly warmer 39-40 degrees. But the appliance is great.
