The MAM Start is specifically designed to meet the needs of newborns. MAM pacifiers are developed in collaboration with dental experts: the narrow nipple adapts optimally to the baby's jaw and is particularly tooth-friendly and orthodontic. Both the nipple and the pacifier shield have a symmetrical shape, ensuring that the pacifier never sits incorrectly in the mouth. The shield features generous ventilation holes, bumps on the inside, and rounded edges to prevent marks and skin irritations.

The MAM Start is a climate-neutral pacifier. The shield and button are made from sustainable, bio-renewable materials to minimize the CO₂ footprint. The remainder is compensated by MAM in collaboration with Climate Partner. The pacifiers come in a practical sterilization and transport box, allowing the baby pacifier to be easily and quickly sterilized in the microwave without a separate device.
