Self-soothing is when a child wakes up and falls back to sleep without assistance from a parent or caregiver. To self-soothe and eventually self-settle, children will often put their hands into their mouth or gently rub their cheeks. Washing instructions:

• Wash before first use
• Close zipper before washing
• Warm gentle machine wash in a wash bag with similar colours
• Pull into shape after washing
• Tumble dry on low
• Warm iron if necessary
• Do not soak or bleach garment, iron zip, or dry clean.
