Product details

For mothers who have difficulties breastfeeding, Lansinoh Contact Shields are an effective aid. They protect sore nipples during healing and assist in feeding premature, very small, or sick babies with flat or inverted nipples, as well as in cases of excessive milk flow. The shields are extremely thin and flexible and are made from 100% silicone. They are free from BPA and BPS and feature a special sealing design to maximize contact between mother and baby during breastfeeding. The baby can feel the mother's skin and smell her scent.

The Lansinoh shields are available in a size of 24 mm and come with a protective cover for hygiene and comfort. There are also 20 mm shields available. We recommend that all mothers consult a doctor or a breastfeeding expert before and during the use of shields. The shields are intended to address short-term breastfeeding issues until the main problem is resolved.
