Hauck Stop N Safe 2

The Stop N Safe 2 metal safety gate comes with a 9 cm extension, making it ideal for securing doors or stairs with a width of 84 - 89 cm. For larger openings, Hauck recommends the Stop N Safe 2 with a 21 cm extension (96 - 101 cm) or the standard size Stop N Safe 2 (75-80 cm). All these models can be further customized with additional extensions of 9 cm and 21 cm and can be combined with Y-spindles to attach to stair railings with round posts. The child gate can be securely tensioned between staircases, walls, or door frames using adjustment screws, and no drilling is required. Adults can easily open the gate in both directions with one hand, leaving the other hand free for a little one or shopping bags. The Stop N Safe 2 features a manual locking mechanism with a double safety system, preventing uncontrolled opening by children. With separately available extensions of 9 cm or 21 cm, the gate can be flexibly expanded up to a width of 110 cm, allowing it to also be used as a stair gate. Additionally, it can be combined with Y-spindles for stair railings with round or oval bars. The Y-spindles can be installed on one side of the gate in place of the adjustment screws if needed. Note: This item is a self-adjusting safety gate. The initially tilted side panel becomes straight when the adjustment screws are tightened, ensuring a secure hold and parallel fixation in the area of the locking mechanism.
