Hauck Stop N Safe 2

The Stop N Safe 2 child safety gate is ideal for securing doors or stairs with a width of 75 - 80 cm. Alternatively, for wider openings, Hauck recommends the Stop N Safe 2 with a 9 cm extension (84-89 cm) or the Stop N Safe 2 with a 21 cm extension (96 - 101 cm). All of these models can be further extended with additional 9 cm and 21 cm extensions and can be combined with Y-spindles to attach them to stair railings with round posts. The metal gate can be securely tensioned between door frames, walls, or staircases using adjustment screws, and no drilling is required. Adults can open the gate in both directions with just one hand, leaving the other hand free for the little one or shopping bags. The Stop N Safe 2 features a manual locking mechanism with a double safety feature, preventing uncontrolled opening by children. With separately available extensions of 9 cm or 21 cm, the gate can be flexibly extended up to 122 cm. Additionally, it can be combined with Y-spindles for stair railings with round or oval bars. The Y-spindles can be attached as needed on one side of the gate instead of the adjustment screws. Note: This item is a self-adjusting safety gate. The initially tilted side panel becomes straight when the adjustment screws are tightened, ensuring a secure hold and parallel fixation in the area of the locking mechanism.
