Hauck Door & stair gate

The Hauck Open door and stair gate offers a safe solution for protecting doors and stairs. It is specially designed for passageways with a width of 75 to 80 cm and can be fitted without drilling. It is installed by simply clamping it between door frames or walls, with four self-adjusting set screws ensuring a stable hold. This makes the grille particularly suitable for rented flats, as no permanent changes to the building fabric are required. Separately available extensions can be used for wider passageways. The grille can also be combined with Y spindles to ensure secure attachment to stair railings with round bars. The integrated 2-action safety lock ensures that children cannot open the gate on their own, while the one-handed operation allows easy access for adults. The product is suitable for children from birth to around 24 months and offers additional protection with finger pinch protection.
