It includes a mattress with a terry quilted cover and a ventilated base. The drop-side feature includes four lockable carpet wheels. It attaches to the parent's bed with two straps. To unlock, lift the side up, pull the two plastic parts inward (at the top of the side), and the side will lower. To close, simply lift the side up, and it will lock into place automatically.
