Question about FreeVoice Space Stereo NC incl. Dongle

With my new notebook (Lenovo ThinkPad L13 Yoga Gen 3) I often have connection problems with the headset. I lost the dongle a long time ago. Would the dongle help? Can a dongle be ordered separately for the headset?

The headset connection between the dongle and headset is generally recommended. This is because these dongles transmit the signals better than a Bluetooth in the notebook can. The Freevoice headset is quite exotic, so the manufacturer should not sell this dongle separately. However, you can try to simply use another universal Bluetooth dongle, if the headset can connect via Bluetooth, a universal Bluetooth dongle should also work.
