Question about Onyx Nova 2
Will the eReader with a USB-C to USB-C also be recognised on a MacBook Air? Can the eBooks then simply be copied over to the device?

You can also bring in the books via a One Drive or Dropbox app.
I either download the e-books via the browser (Google Chrome), e.g. Orell Füssli, or the Onleihe app directly, where I usually get the e-books from.
It's an Android device and apps can be installed accordingly.
The Onleihe app is supported by many libraries in Switzerland and the cantons.
You just have to have a subscription in the library of the municipality.
