You are absolutely right. There is no plausible reason, not even LTE makes a difference (1 gram, almost measurement error).

I don't know.
You can't see the colour of the unit in a folder anyway.
Any accountant would go for the cheaper one (assuming the components are flawless), of course after getting quotes.
