Supply and demand determine the price.
Currently, all 55" screens are relatively cheap (also from other brands) because it is probably the size that most customers buy. That's why 55" screens are produced the most and are correspondingly cheaper to produce.
Maybe next year things will be different and people will go for 65" or even 75".
