Why can't I connect my headphones to my mobile? My mum was the first to connect them and it worked. Now I want to connect to my headphones but it doesn't work. Why is that?
The headphones remember which device they were connected to and therefore you can no longer connect. You have to put the headphones back into search mode. Usually if you press and hold the ON button you should find them again among the bluetooth devices on your mobile. Hope this helps
