Question about Huawei Am61

I have many bluetooth headsets... this one is my favourite because the cables are just the right length and the earphones stick together magnetically...but the constant losing of the ear tips is annoying.... I've already tried gluing them together, but that doesn't last very long either... any tips? By the way, the headphones with ear-tips from Ali sounded a bit less good... although they look identical...
