Question about LG OLED65E9

When I watch a film on my Blu-ray player, I only hear the music and effects, but not the audio track (speech). Unless the audio track is in Dolby Surround, but the languages I want are DTS. I couldn't get it to work. Does anyone have a solution? Thank you!
