When I connect the printer with the USB cable, the printer is always "offline". I have uninstalled the printer driver and reloaded it. It still does not work. Who can help me?

Helpful answer

Have you checked whether the printer is set to offline in the printer queue of windows (use printer offline)?
If so, remove this check mark and the printer will be put online again.
