I've always done well with Noctua (NH-D15 cools better than many AIO water coolers), but am very happy with the Corsair H115i pro in push/pull config. Cools the 8086 great, and I find water coolers give a different, tidier aesthetic if you're into that.

The Be Quiet does not cool badly, but it is extremely difficult to install compared to other CPU fans.
It's better to use the Noctua NH-D15. Cools better than the Be Quiet and is massively easier to install because the screws are in the middle and not at the corners....

I bought this CPU and gave it a Be Quiet Dark Rock 4 as a cooler. I've been looking for a really long time and this one has great reviews here and on YouTube. And it is finally easy to install. It even comes with a screwdriver. There is also the Pro version, the Dark Rock Pro 4, which is even bigger. The overall cooling of the case is important. I have 3 Be Quiet 140 mm Silent Wings 3 fans in my Fractal Define R6. They are super quiet and among the best fans you can get. Greetings
