Helpful answer
The price. I have not yet been able to find another reason. I need the adapter for a Lenovo tablet and an HP EliteBook and it works perfectly.

On the Lenovo page I discovered a version with a different USB port. Maybe Digitec has a wrong photo for the expensive adapter?
