What does Hybrid mean? It mentions dual sim Hybrid. And what are the considerations for a device that comes from Asia? Should I expect not to be able to do certain things that I could do with one from Europe but then only have the damn Exynos?
Hybrid probably means that it accepts either a second SIM or a memory expansion card in the same slot. There is no difference in support whether you have an exynos or a snapdragon. The processor does not change the operating system or the GUI. For example, the languages are available and so are the updates. The only differences apart from a slightly higher price are slightly better battery life and better performance.
As far as Hybrid is concerned, just search the net. This allows the use of either a sim card or an sd memory card. And now also nano sim. I bought the snapdragon version from digitec. Absolutely no problems using it. Before I had a note 9 bought in the Arab Emirates. Worked perfectly without any problem. For the note 20, when you turn on the screen is in mandarin. Just click and choose the right language and everything is perfect. In any case I don't regret buying the Snapdragon version. Otherwise look on Youtube, there are some interesting videos that show the differences between the two versions (Snapdragon and Exynos)
