I recommend that you create a discussion post about this. The following link will take you to the community page for smartphones + tablets to start a discussion: https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/tag/newdiscussion/82?tagIds=82
Yes, it works!
I had a very simple one.
eSIM support depends on the mobile operator and region
The Note 20 Ultra has a larger 108mpx sensor that also shoots photos in 12mpx. This is called nonna binning. Nonna binning means that all sensors of the 108mpx sensor are used to shoot a 12mpx image at the end. This should allow for more detail and sharper photos. But basically both mobiles (iPhone and Note) shoot photos at 12mpx and only in high light you can use the 108mpx mode of the Note. The difference is not bad in high light. But not otherwise.
Ditto! Here too we are waiting for Android 11. Any info???
Barometer and also a changing value in hPa are displayed under Sensors. In my case, it is now around 966 hPa. I therefore assume that a barometer is installed.
There should be no problems with the apps, but it may be that the 5G bands used in Switzerland are not supported by the Hong Kong model, and the same applies to VoLTE.
On this phone we offer 2 years of warranty.
Yes. CH plug is in.
I'm not a technician, but generally when a charger sizzles, it is certainly defective. So I suggest you contact customer service.
The S20 Note Ultra with Snapdragon is a better version that is not intended for Europe but for Asia and probably also for North America, it has the operating system with all the more important languages. The first time it is used after switching on, the language selection appears and this is preset to Chinese, but you can press it and all the other languages are shown, and the keyboard is also preset to Chinese and you have to change it to, for example, German in the settings.
The other model has an Exynos processor (slower). All features can be used on both devices.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer this.
This phone is apparently an import from Hong Kong. No connection problems are known at this time.
At the moment we do not have any information about the delivery date. We will publish this as soon as possible.
At this moment this is the only version we can offer.
Same here...but they just exchanged the charger...Nothing else. Kind regards.
